New Appointment System

See further information on our home page regarding our new appointment system due to start on Wednesday 1st August 2018.

X-ray results

Please be aware that x-ray results may take 3-4 weeks to be available.

Missed Appointments

There were 70 missed appointments in June. That equates to just over 11.5 hours of a clinician’s consulting time.

Please let us know in advance if you cannot make your appointment so that we can offer it to somebody else.

You can cancel your appointment at any time by using the automated system by calling 01446 722792 and pressing option 1. 

Live Well with Hearing Loss Drop-in Service

Do you have a hearing loss? Do you need help with assistive equipment?

From the 5th October 2017, there will be a hearing loss drop-in service available at West Quay Medical Centre.

We can help you access advice, support and information, to get the most out of equipment services and items such as:

  • Door bells
  • Alarm bells
  • Listening devices
  • Telephones
  • Loop systems
  • Tinnitus relaxers

The Live Well service does not carry out hearing checks or hearing aid repairs or maintenance but we can help people find solutions to problems caused by hearing loss.

Come visit our drop-in for an informal chat - no appointment necessary:
